Qualifications

  1. Proven success in wholesale or retail mortgage sales.
  2. Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs and guidelines.
  3. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  5. Familiarity with mortgage CRM and LOS platforms is a plus.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers within your assigned territory, maximizing market potential.
  2. Partner Support: Act as a trusted advisor to broker partners, providing education on loan programs, underwriting requirements, and tools to grow their business.
  3. Sales Development: Promote Keystone Funding’s competitive products and services to drive loan production and meet/exceed sales goals.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, processing, and management teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan execution.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to your clients.
